Retaining internal knowledge

By training in-house power users with access to second level support from prime-office, it was possible to combine the in-house experiences optimally with the technical expertise of prime office.

Saving costs

As part of the cooperation with prime office, the resulting IT invest­ments were also jointly analyzed and planned. Securing several quo­tations and following a clear IT invest­ment policy meant that the customer was able to save CHF 25,000 in IT costs in one year.
